Site walk & conversation
We come out and look at what's actually there — grade, drainage, soil, access — and listen to what you want the space to do. Ten minutes of walking a site prevents most of the surprises other contractors bill you for later.

Clear, itemized quote
You get a written bid with the scope spelled out: demolition, base prep, reinforcement, finish, cleanup. If something's uncertain — like how deep old gravel runs — we say so up front instead of surprising you mid-job.

Prep is the job
Excavation to the right depth, compacted base, edging, reinforcement — the parts you never see are the reason the parts you do see stay flat and crack-free. We don't skip what gets buried.

The pour and finish
Concrete placed, screeded, floated, and finished by hand — broom, trowel, or stamped. Control joints cut on layout, with the design. Structures like pergolas go up on real footings, square and anchored.

Cleanup & walkthrough
Forms pulled, site cleaned, spoil hauled off. We walk the finished work with you, explain curing times and care, and don't call it done until you do.
